I purchase bed for my 3 yr old daughter's room. The cost and potential uses of the drawer makes it a nice addition to existing furniture. I was concerned about the oak color matching and imperfections in the wood design but it is not noticable.

I was lucky that someone was home when it was delivered. Otherwise, I may have had trouble getting the bed into the house by myself. Other than that, I'm very pleased. It was like grown up legos to build; not too challenging but a definite project. It took us 4 and a half hours to build the bed, headboard, and nightstand. The instructions were clear and the components of good quality.

I bought this entire bedroom set for my 4 year old son (bed with bookcase headboard, dresser, armoire, nightstand, and the huge desk that they also make) and am thrilled. I had a new baby on the way so cheap was the way I was going. This set was a fraction of the cost of anything else so I was a little skeptical but I have had it for about a year now and am just thrilled with it. My son isn't too wild and doesn't spend that much time in his room but this set still looks like it did on day 1, and didn't just fall apart like I was afraid it might. I am very happy with it.

This bedroom set was an unbelievable deal. The only issue was the color. The picture on the website made it look like a lighter wood, but my wife describes it as a darker wood, even though it's a darker natural. The assembly took some time, but for the price I paid, it was well worth it. My son's room looks great with this set.

We got the bed w/ bookcase headboard and though we love the way it looks, my son (2 1/2) is a bit of a thrasher when he sleeps and he seriously injured his mouth and nose by getting too close to the ledge of the headboard. Being short, the bottom ledge comes close to their heads, so be careful with the headboard. We've taken it out of his room for a while until we figure out what to do.
