We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. The stand already has a good price, but I got mine for an additional % off, so all the better. It's recommended 2 people assemble this piece, but I just looked at it as a giant Lego set and put it together myself in about 3-4 hours total.Overall, the stand is awesome for the price, the quality is good, and I'd say it definitely beats out all the other stands I saw...this one isn't completely typical like the rest and actually looks good. It's more than enough room for a 40inch LCD and it's comfortably hold my old tube set I'm upgrading from.[...]I forgot to mention, this stand has a 5-year warranty should anything "malfunction" with it. I'd definitely purchase again.

The top part does not align with the bottom part. The four metal legs are supposed to be screwed on with long screws to the bottom but the pre-drilled holes does not line up with the legs. So now there are holes and defeats the purpose of a TV stand if I am worried that the top might slide off with the TV, makes me not want to put the TV on it.
Also the product is easily scratched and the marker hides it, but is that what you want? To mark your furniture the first day you get it?
Service and delivery comments:
I am requesting a replacement part, and will see how CSN responds to request for the parts not being aligned. Delivery caused one of the parts to be indented right in the front of the TV Stand as well.

[...]it was very easy to put together. Very sturdy and attractive. The feet were plastic, which was odd because all of the other hardware is solid metal. I was miffed at first, but then realized that the plastic prevented scratching on my hardwood floor. great product, great price. i highly recommend.

Definitely got my moneys worth, this is the best I could find at such a great price, it was a little hard to put it together, the instructions werent as clear as we had hoped they'd be. Other than that its really nice, we received our shipment a week before than we were supposed to. However it does easily scratch, but they provide a brown marker to color it in. Overall we loveee it.

The "pictures only" instructions always seem to forget some point to better clarify the construction of the item, making for a disassemble in order to assemble correctly.
The material used to cover the particle board is easily damaged by cables coming out of DVD players, game consoles, etc.

A really good looking,functional,fair priced furniture that accents the 42" Samsung hi-def plasma TV I just bought. The two just go together so well. The cabinet has ample room for my four components and the center channel speaker. I shopped around and looked at approximately 100 cabinets before I chose this one. Highly recommmend it. I'm fussy when it comes to quality and price and this one passes with flying colors.
